Richard Broccoli

President & CEO

Richard has worked in the food service industry for over 35 years. His knowledge and background stems from working in his family's food processing and slaughterhouse business in the 1980’s. Building on this knowledge and experience, he branched into his own sales and marketing company, Broccoli Associates, focusing on protein items.  Richard is proud to have expanded into the many categories of perishable and non-perishable items that are offered today.  


In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, including his two black labs, traveling and enjoying the beautiful scenery on motorcycle excursions throughout New England.


Chris Broccoli

Chief Financial Officer

Christopher has been with Broccoli Associates since January 2018. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Natural Resource Management and Policy from Paul Smiths College in 2015 and his Masters in Business Administration from Utica University. He has held many jobs ranging from construction to an Aquatic Invasive Species Management Diver.


He grew up working in his family’s deli/ bakery in Utica, NY and came aboard Broccoli Associates January 1st 2018 where he took over the operations management inside the office.  On his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, SCUBA Diving, and traveling.

Graham Mitchell

Operations Manager

Graham joined our team after beginning his career in the environmental remediation and renewable energy sector. He spent 13 years rising up the ranks to become a Site Manager and Project Estimator where he was responsible for managing long term, large scale projects all over the country. Graham spent extended periods of time living in Kansas, Oklahoma, Alabama and Maryland overseeing job sites first hand which allowed him to explore different communities and work alongside people from all walks of life. In this role, it was essential to demonstrate high levels of organization, maintain strong inter-personal working relationships and communication levels with suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and clients.


We believe his skillset, work ethic and personality translates wonderfully to our industry and will be instrumental in helping us streamline our processes, aid in preparing product offerings, and allowing us to maintain the high levels of communication that you have become accustomed to all these years, and for years to come.


Outside of work Graham enjoys live music, golfing with friends and camping with family.


Erin Galavotti

Sales Coordinator

Erin brings 15+ years of customer relations experience with 10 years in an Office Manager position.  She takes pride in her organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and a strong desire to learn new skills & expand her knowledge.


Her professional experience has ranged from Healthcare, Insurance Agent/Broker & Environmental work over the last 20 years.


Erin was born and raised in Canastota, NY and in her spare time she loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets.  She also enjoys anything outdoors like kayaking, camping, and live music every chance she gets.

Daniel Bowens

Accounting Manager

Daniel joined our team in 2023 to work within our internal accounting division. In 2019 he received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Berkley College. He has extensive accounting experience for both major not-for-profit organizations and various small businesses throughout his career. Industries he has worked in include - gaming, hospitality, postal service, Salvation Army, and the gig economy. Daniel is a Marine Corps veteran who served his country for four years. He enjoys sports and spending time with his family, where he is a husband and father of four children.


Austin Lamaitis

Sales Coordinator

Austin is the newest addition to the Broccoli team. He is a young and eager go getter. He takes great pride in his attention to delivering excellent customer service, strong work ethic, and the desire to learn and grow as the company sees fit.  Austin received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Austin’s work experience includes managerial positions at Enterprise Rent a car and outside sales representative at ABC Supply. Co.  Outside of work Austin enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, trains and competes in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu.
